An experienced Project Manager, a talented trainer, a good coach, and an enthusiastic entrepreneur, passionate about reading and spiritual life.

He is diplomat engineer, bachelor at Politehnica University of Timisoara, Faculty of Electrotechnics / Electro energetic Engineering and graduate of Faculty of Management in Production and Transportation with a master’s degree in Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) field, plus graduate of LINK Academy Romania with field of study IT Business Program and a diploma of IT Manager.

Razvan has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with over 18 years of experience working in multinational companies such as ZF TRW, Continental Automotive, Flex and Hella Romania. He has dedicated most of his career to the field of project management, working with various clients and gaining valuable experience along the way.

Along his career, Razvan played a key role in managing customer relationships for quality issues and project deliverables for clients such as Daimler, General Motors, WAG Group, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, PSA, Renault, and many others. He was also responsible for establishing and managing PMOs (Project Management Offices) in three different companies and developing new project management methodologies within the organizations. In recent years, Razvan has played the role of a project management trainer, delivering more than 70 training sessions to over 500 participants.
